ON Services is in the process of implementing a consent management solution to ensure these requirements are fully met.

EU/EEA & UK (GDPR + ePrivacy)
• Only strictly necessary cookies load by default.
• Analytics, advertising, identity resolution scripts (e.g., ZoomInfo Script/WebSights, Lead Forensics, Salesloft) will require prior consent before they load.
• Our banner will follow IAB TCF v2.2 (vendor count on first layer, plain‑language purposes, easy withdrawal).
• Google Consent Mode v2 will be implemented for Google tags used in the EEA/UK.

United States (CPRA/CCPA, Colorado CPA, Virginia VCDPA)
• California: We will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
• Colorado: We will recognize Universal Opt‑Out Mechanisms (UOOMs), currently including GPC, and disclose handling in our privacy notice.
• Virginia: We support rights to access, correct, delete, portability, and opt‑out of targeted advertising/sale.

Canada (Quebec Law 25)
• Profiling/identification/locating technologies (e.g., IP matching, remarketing) will be disabled by default and require explicit consent to activate.

Your Privacy Choices

• Until our consent solution is live: You can manage cookies via your browser/device settings and may contact us directly to exercise opt‑out rights (US) or to request activation/deactivation of non‑essential tracking in regions that require prior consent.
• After CMP implementation, you will have a Privacy Choices link to manage or withdraw consent at any time and a link to our Cookie List (automatically maintained).

Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tracking

The ON Services website—and connected websites through domain or subdomain link—use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic and user experience. Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google may use data to contextualize and personalize ads within its network. We enable IP anonymization in Analytics where configured; in certain cases the full IP address may be processed on Google servers.

Used for site performance measurement and advertising. In EEA/UK, tags will adapt to consent via Consent Mode v2; where consent is declined, Google may use modeled conversions to estimate performance.

A unified JavaScript snippet that powers WebSights and other ZoomInfo go‑to‑market tools. WebSights uses a proprietary visitor resolution service to reveal the identities of organizations visiting our site and provides analytics; can integrate with Google Analytics. In EU/UK and Quebec, the ZI Script will load only after consent as it may involve profiling/identification.

Lead Forensics

Uses reverse business IP tracking to identify visiting companies and may provide decision‑maker contacts for B2B outreach. Treated as non‑essential and will be blocked until consent in EU/UK; explicit consent is required in Quebec.

Salesloft – Custom Tracking Support (Live Website Tracking)

Allows tracking of recipient interactions with designated web pages when they click links from Salesloft emails; requires installing a Salesloft JavaScript tracking code on specified domains. Treated as non‑essential and follows the same consent rules as above.

When you visit the ON Services website, we and our third‑party partners—such as Google and analytics providers including Google Analytics and ZoomInfo WebSights—may collect information by automated means (cookies, web beacons, widgets, snippets, web server logs, and similar technologies). A ZoomInfo snippet is installed on our pages to enable organization‑level visitor identification and behavior tracking. The snippet’s integration with Google Analytics can load Contact and Company data to better understand visitors. In regions requiring prior consent (EU/UK, Quebec), this functionality will be disabled by default and activated only after consent.

AI, Profiling & Automated Decision‑Making

We use automated tools (e.g., analytics, identity resolution via IP matching, personalization, remarketing) to analyze engagement, build audience segments, and tailor content/advertising. These activities may constitute profiling under certain laws. You can decline consent (EU/UK/Quebec) or opt‑out (US, including via GPC/UOOMs where required). We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Hotjar is used for behavioral analytics but does not perform identity resolution like ZoomInfo or Lead Forensics.
