From navigating complex union labor requirements at Chicago's McCormick Place to delivering session recordings within 24 hours, the production demonstrated the value of an experienced partner in year five of an eight-year relationship.

The Goal: A Complex, Union-Governed Production
Convergence 2025 called for a full-scale Main Stage program at McCormick Place, complete with sponsor activations, rapid content turnaround, and automated signage across every room.
The production also required navigating McCormick Place's demanding union labor requirements, the most difficult part of the show to manage on site.
