At Phoenix Convention Center, we orchestrated nearly 700 presentations across 3 days for 1,150+ surgical oncologists and researchers, spanning a flagship general session, a dynamic exhibit floor, and 10 concurrent session rooms running simultaneously.
The result: attendees experienced a unified, polished event where managing complexity felt completely effortless.
Five days. Eleven recording rooms. Zero technical issues.
When the American Association of Immunologists hosted 500+ leading scientists in Boston, a complex multi-session program has to run exactly as planned, and
it did.
At the Thomas M. Menino Convention Center, we managed 11 simultaneous recording rooms while delivering a flawless main stage, coordinating every
