The Goal: Advancing Scientific Discovery

We managed a multi-session program with 11 dedicated recording rooms, running alongside the primary general session and multiple breakout spaces. Project Manager Jonathan Cruz led the team from initial planning through onsite execution, giving the client one point of accountability from the first planning call to the final tear-down.
