Many began their careers as technicians and engineers, bringing firsthand industry knowledge to their leadership roles. Together, they guide our vision, strengthen our culture, and drive continued growth nationwide.
Brent Milner
Since his start in 2005, Brent has been driving growth and success at ON Services with evolving responsibilities across operations, sales, and marketing.
Now, as CEO of ON Services, one of the leading event production companies in the live events industry, he helps to support the ON Services team in creating powerful experiences for clients around the country and abroad.
During Brent's tenure, his teams have successfully grown ON Services from a single-office regional player to the multi-location, national production and venue services powerhouse it is today.
Brent is committed to cultivating the best talent in the industry and building an environment where talent can thrive, and client service is unparalleled.
Jenifer Beldue
Jenifer Beldue, Director of Human Resources, brings over a decade of audiovisual industry experience. She leads talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development with integrity and empathy.
By partnering with leadership and investing in employee growth, Jenifer unlocks individual potential and drives ON Services' sustainable success.
Joe Hirsch
Joe Hirsch, Chief Revenue Officer, is leading growth strategy and sales execution across venue services and event production.
He brings extensive sales and marketing leadership experience from ADM Creative Group, PSAV, Freeman, and Wyndham Hotel Group.
Joe's leadership is grounded in trust, purposeful technology, and collaboration—driving results through transparency and shared goals.
Stanley Egerson
Stanley Egerson, our National Director of Inventory and Procurement, is a national AV leader with experience at TAVS, GE, VER, and now at ON Services.
He progressed from operations, sales, and technical roles to leading our Product Management team, overseeing vendor relationships, budgeting, and equipment lifecycle management, while building strong AV inventories with manufacturers including Sony, Shure, AVStumpfl, JBL, ROBE, and EAW.
Richard Palm
Richard Palm, Senior Vice President of Operations, began his AV career in 1989 and joined TAVS in Atlanta in 1990. He's held roles spanning hospitality, inventory control, operations, and venue services, leading the Staging side of the business since 2018. Richard oversees all operations and fulfillment across the company.
Aaron Feller
Aaron Feller, Senior Vice President of Operations, brings over 30 years in live events, combining executive leadership with hands-on technical expertise. Starting at Video West in 1996 as an Audio Engineer, he rose to GM, COO, and Co-Owner, with credits including NBA All-Star halftime shows and audio support for five U.S. Presidents. He joined ON Services in 2025, focusing on strategic leadership and practical problem-solving.
Rick Church
Rick Church, SVP Strategic Partnerships for ON Site, brings over 40 years of experience in AV and hospitality. Since joining ON Services in 2000, he's grown the ON Site portfolio from 3 to 65+ properties, driving 4,000%+ revenue growth. Rick serves on the IAEE Southeast Board and has held prior leadership roles in GH&LA and HSMAI.
Mark Buckis
Mark Buckis joined ON Services as CFO in 2023, bringing over 25 years of finance leadership. He previously held CFO and accounting roles at Argos USA, Eco Window Systems, Dixie Chemical, and Axiall Corporation, plus experience at KPMG. Mark holds degrees from Saint Vincent College and Notre Dame and is a CPA.
Jeffrey Byrne
Jeff believes sales is both a science and an art, a philosophy that has guided his career across operations, sales, account management, and executive leadership. Since joining ON Services in 2018, he has helped shape a client-first culture built on integrity, collaboration, and lasting partnerships.
Passionate about mentoring teams and delivering exceptional client experiences, Jeff believes success comes from balancing strategy with relationships, and enjoying the journey along the way.

Sara Fleeman
Sara is a strategic B2B marketing leader specializing in brand storytelling, content strategy, and sales alignment. As our Director of Marketing, she drives pipeline growth across associations, corporate, venues, and nonprofits. With over two decades of experience, Sara blends creativity with analytical rigor, delivering high-impact work that elevates the ON Services brand.
Austin Milner
Austin Milner, Vice President of Finance and Accounting, has built a successful career with ON Services since 2010. He has been involved in almost every aspect of the accounting department as well as the financial planning & analysis for the organization over the years. He continues to help improve accounting processes and financial reporting for the company.
Bill Maier
Bill Maier, SVP Operations for ON Site, grew up in the AV industry in the late 1980s, starting as a driver/technician before moving into logistics and venue management across premier Atlanta hotels. Following industry consolidation in the 90s, he joined Rick Church at Tech Rentals, working side by side to build ON Site into an industry leader.
