Located along scenic McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, The Scottsdale Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton blends modern Southwestern design with 85,000–90,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. Just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, golf courses, and desert attractions, the resort offers 20 meeting rooms, expansive ballrooms, outdoor lawns and courtyards, and two poolside event decks.
With 278 guest rooms, a full‑service spa, award‑winning golf access, multiple dining venues, and resort‑style amenities, the property delivers a seamless environment for conferences, executive retreats, banquets, and social gatherings of every scale.
Overview: Approximately 85,000–90,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space for meetings, receptions, exhibits, and large-scale events.
Ballrooms:
Grand Coronado Ballroom: 10,004 sq. ft.; up to 1,000 guests.
Coronado I, II & III: 3,200–6,004 sq. ft.; flexible for mid-size events.
Arizona & Maricopa Rooms: 6,084 sq. ft. each; 660 theater / 420 banquet.
Meeting Rooms: 20+ rooms, including boardrooms, flexible suites, and breakouts, supporting multi-track conferences and executive meetings.
Exhibit Space: No dedicated exhibit hall; flexible indoor spaces accommodate tabletop exhibits, vendor showcases, and sponsor activations throughout the event.
Feature Spaces: Paradise Park (8,536 sq. ft.) and The Alameda (7,080 sq. ft.).
Outdoor: Nearly 40,000 sq. ft., including McCormick Pool Deck (9,563 sq. ft.), Stillman Pool Deck (6,480 sq. ft.), Sunset Plaza (6,320 sq. ft.), Bennie's Courtyard (6,132 sq. ft.), and Community Lawn (5,518 sq. ft.).
Pre-Function: Spaces adjacent to the ballrooms and meeting rooms support registration, hospitality, sponsor displays, and networking.

Rigging Services
ON Site is the exclusive provider of rigging services for all non-tradeshow production events at the venue.
Our Rigging Services team has one priority: keeping every performer, attendee, and staff member in the building safe.
From a single stage light to large-scale aerial installations, we hold every project to the same rigorous standard. We work closely with event planners and producers to review, consult on, and approve rigging plans in line with ON Site standards, industry regulations, and venue requirements.
Beyond planning, we manage the full execution of your rigging needs. Backed by significant investment in equipment and skilled labor, we coordinate with local suppliers, union crews, and ETCP-certified rigging technicians to deliver secure, seamless installations.
Please note: All rigging requires an approved CAD drawing detailing equipment and weight loads. Submitting it early helps keep your event on schedule.

ON Site Event Services is your primary resource for the venue's technical capabilities. We protect venue assets and ensure all equipment is installed correctly, with a focus on safety and aesthetics.
