Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, Grandover Resort & Spa offers a refined meeting and event destination surrounded by rolling hills, championship golf courses, and a full‑service luxury environment. With 45,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, 22 indoor venues, two golf courses, a spa, and multiple dining outlets, the resort offers an upscale, self‑contained setting ideal for conferences, corporate retreats, executive meetings, and grand celebrations.
Conveniently situated 15 miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport and featuring 244 renovated guest rooms, Grandover combines resort leisure with first‑class conference capabilities.
Meeting Rooms: 22 venues (boardrooms, breakouts, multipurpose) with built-in A/V, Ethernet, and automated controls, plus 244 on-site guest rooms.
Ballrooms:
Grandville: 13,000 sq. ft.; 1,400 theater / 1,350 reception / 950 banquet. Divides into A/D (2,950 sq. ft. each) and B/C (3,250 sq. ft. each).
Carlisle: 4,275 sq. ft.; 440 theater / 300 banquet.
Grandview: 4,386 sq. ft.; 300 theater / 280 banquet; divisible into two rooms.
Feature Spaces: Griffin Room (3,496 sq. ft., 40-ft ceilings), Carlton Boardroom (357 sq. ft.), and Whitehall Theatre.
Outdoor: Grandover Lawn (7,475 sq. ft., up to 1,000 guests), plus additional areas for dining, activities, and team-building.
Pre-Function: Grandville Pre-Function and Carlisle Foyer (1,900 sq. ft.) connect the ballrooms and meeting wings and support registration, receptions, and sponsor displays.

Rigging Services
ON Site is the exclusive provider of rigging services for all non-tradeshow production events at the venue.
Unlike sales-driven operations, our Rigging Services department is solely focused on ensuring the safety and security of personnel, attendees, and venue staff.
Whether it's a single stage light or large aerial installations, we maintain the highest safety standards.
Our team collaborates closely with event planners and producers to analyze, verify, consult on, and approve rigging plans, all while following ON Services standards, industry regulations, and venue requirements.
In addition to consulting, ON Site Rigging Services manages the execution of all rigging needs, supported by significant investments in equipment and skilled labor. We coordinate with local suppliers, unions, and ETCP-certified rigging technicians to ensure that installations are seamless and secure.
Every rigging event requires an approved CAD diagram that specifies equipment and weight loads.

If you select another provider, we coordinate with third parties to ensure they meet all standards and guidelines.
ON Site Event Services is your primary resource for the venue's technical capabilities. We protect venue assets and ensure all equipment is installed correctly, with a focus on safety and aesthetics.
