Williams Theatre, a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom, and an outdoor terrace designed for Broadway shows, concerts, opera, ballet, and upscale corporate gatherings.
John A. Williams Theatre: A 2,750-seat world-class theater featuring a 30-foot-deep hydraulic orchestra pit and advanced acoustics.
Kessel D. Stelling Ballroom: A 10,000 sq. ft. elegant event space with 21-foot ceilings, customizable LED wall lighting, and capacity for up to 800 guests.
Ballroom Flexibility: The main ballroom can easily be divided into 3 versatile configurations for smaller meetings or breakout sessions.
Grand Lobby: A three-story entrance featuring majestic Venetian plaster walls, an alabaster staircase, and custom Italian Murano-glass chandeliers.
Outdoor Terrace: A 3,100 sq. ft. open-air space ideal for receptions, cocktail hours, and outdoor gatherings.

Rigging Services
ON Site is the exclusive provider of rigging services for all non-tradeshow production events at the venue. Unlike sales-driven operations, our Rigging Services department is solely focused on ensuring the safety and security of personnel, attendees, and venue staff.
Whether it's a single stage light or large aerial installations, we maintain the highest safety standards.
Our team collaborates closely with event planners and producers to analyze, verify, consult on, and approve rigging plans, all while following ON Services standards, industry regulations, and venue requirements.
In addition to consulting, ON Site Rigging Services manages the execution of all rigging needs, supported by significant investments in equipment and skilled labor. We coordinate with local suppliers, unions, and ETCP-certified rigging technicians to ensure seamless, secure installations.
Every rigging event requires an approved CAD diagram specifying equipment and load weights.
